What is the AESS?
Since 2004, the Spanish Association of Self Storage (AESS) has been promoting and supporting the interests of all those who own, operate, or have invested in our industry, increasing the awareness of Self Storage and driving new and improved standards that benefit our customers. We are a proactive association that seeks to inform and influence the market and its investors, with a strong determination to advance our industry. We encourage the enhancement of sector quality and standards so that we are recognized as a sector offering a unique service.
AESS offers its member various services of all kinds, which in the case of suppliers are focused on promoting their services and/or products to our members and the general market.
What does the AESS offer to the associated Self Storage supplier?
Become known in the sector
The AESS has a database of all members that will allow the new supplier to contat them almost immediately and be able to offer their services under special conditions for members.
Possibility of participating in sector events
The AESS holds periodic face-to-face and virtual events that will allow the supllier to be in direct contact with other partners (operators and other suppliers) for possible commercial alliances.
Active community of professionals
The AESS is an active community of professionals in the sector that makes current connection formulas available to members, in order to be able to do active networking with commercial results.
Regular contact events between AESS and the associate or future associate
Monthly newsletter
The AESS sends monthly newsletter to the entire Spanish-speaking sector with current topics in the sector and the association. AESS supllier partners have a special space in the footer.
For 4 months of the year ( November to March) this caption is intended to promote the suppliers who will attend the next AESS supplier congress and fair.
Annual Congress and Trade Show
Every year face-to-face conferences are held. We are currently preparing the 2024 Congress that we will hold in Madrid in March 2024, which will be attended by approx. 300 people from the industry.
Linked In Group
From the Linked In group we can share the information of interest that you share on your wall.
Web page
We place your company’ banner on the website’s home page and at the supplier page with contact information.
Contact with partners
Direct contact through networks and obtaining direct sata from the purchasing departments.
Your events on our web page
Through our event calendars we can post information about any event related to the sector that you share with us, online and offline. Be sure to tell us about any events you are interested in publishing.
Introductory emails to the associates
When you decide to be part of AESS as a supplier partner, an email will be sent to the associates with information you provide us so that they know about your services.

A lead capture page will be created on the website, promoting your services and publishing your advantages as an AESS guaranteed supplier.
Presence in the press
The AESS periodically publishes press releases listing the associated suppliers.
